Certificate of marriage certificate is required to obtain a visa family suitable UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, etc. For countries like the UAE, there is a requirement of the salary range AED 4000 to be eligible a family visa (its subject to change according to UAE labor and emigration law please check with any of typing centre which is nearest you) while in Saudi Arabia there is no such requirement.
